Start your day on the sun deck drinking coffee and watching the waves right across the street. The large corner deck provides stunning ocean views, and the beach access directly across the street makes it easy to enjoy the surf anytime. A spacious open floor plan features easy-to-clean tile and LVP floors, perfect for your young family. A fully equipped and upgraded kitchen even has an ocean view right from the kitchen sink.

2 unassigned parking spots, 30 steps from the oceanfront at Periwinkle access, community pool, and outdoor sand shower. Exterior stairs to the property level.

We are a one-story condo on the third floor.

Living Room: sectional sofa, smart TV, ceiling fan

Ocean View Sun Deck: outdoor dining table seats 4, side chairs, pub chairs

Dining Room: ocean view, traditional dining table seats 6, seating for 3 at the kitchen bar counter, bakers rack, buffet, and mirror

Kitchen: quartz countertops, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, countertop microwave and toaster oven, electric range, double stainless sink with pull spray faucet.

Guest Bedroom 1: queen bed, small chest, ceiling fan, 

Shared Hallway Bath: bathtub and shower, beadboard, single solid surface sink, toilet, stacked washer and dryer.

Guest Bedroom 2: 2 twin bunk beds, wall-mounted TV, chest of drawers, ceiling fan.

Primary Bedroom Suite: 2 double beds, armoire, smart TV, desk and chair, walk-in closet, sliding doors to private sun balcony.

Primary Ensuite Bath: bathtub and shower, beadboard, single solid surface sink, toilet



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.



Guest Access:

House Rules:

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities. 

No smoking.

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy: 

No pets allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

The Neighborhood:

Adventure awaits on Pleasure Island. Exploring the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, home to incredible coastal wildlife, or take the scenic car ferry across the Cape Fear River for a relaxing visit to the charming town of Southport where quaint streets are filled with unique antique shops and galleries. History lovers can walk the scenic, live‑oak‑lined trails of the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, where Civil War bunkers still stand. Nature enthusiasts will love the island’s two state‑managed coastal preserves: Carolina Beach State Park, home to rare Venus flytraps found naturally only in this region, and the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, known for pristine beaches, marshes, and wildlife viewing. Both offer beautiful opportunities for hiking, paddling, fishing, and spotting pelicans or even nesting loggerhead sea turtles.

Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in popular spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
