Across the street from the beach, your cozy getaway awaits in Carolina Beach at this great 1954 cottage. 1200SF, with 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed in master and 2 full beds in the other, along with 2 bathrooms with showers, and porch with queen sleeper sofa and additional dining table, this property is perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like W/D, and WiFi during your stay. And no stairs or elevator inside the house (1 step outside). Fall in love with Carolina Beach/Kure Beach and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Walk across the street to 2 beach accesses 1 min away. Also pet friendly up to 2 dogs. Contact me for approval if more. Private fenced back yard with separate side door, Weber Grill, Outdoor table to seat 6, additional chairs, and lighted patio awning, outdoor shower. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars in front of house. (no need for duplex car shuffling!). 1 mile to Kure or Carolina Beach towns. Tons of restaurants and family activities, parks. 5-8 min drive to Aquarium and Southport Ferry. Minimum 3 night stay. Sept/Oct open weeks - Sept 26-Oct 3 and Halloween week left.
