CORAL SURF B-1 - OCEANFRONT 2 BR AND 2 BATH CONDO

This is a first floor condo with a covered balcony deck facing the ocean. You will have assigned covered parking for two vehicles. This unit has two bedrooms and two full private baths with combination tub and shower.. This unit sleeps up to six people. This condo has had a major makeover this summer and I just placed it on the rental market on August 7, 2021. We just installed three new smart tv's . We are located just south of the town and boardwalk and amusement area. It is only a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. No need to move your car and pay for expensive parking!!!
The lake is only a two minute walk. Enjoy the 2/3 mile path around the lake for exercise, and the many events held at the lake every month during the warm season.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

The condo was clean and cozy. Was as advertised, no surprises. Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there so we didn't get much time walking the beach. We appreciated the 2 covered parking spots.

Can't beat the location. Walkable to Veggie Wagon and many restaurants and shops. Clean unit, wonderful host, and reserved parking. Beach access is easy, with lifeguards on duty during summer season and the small community pool is a big plus. Enjoyed our stay.
