The kitchen has a dining table seating six, and amenities include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. The bedrooms consist of a double and two twins, serviced by a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Highchair and travel cot available upon request. Outside, there is a front decking with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. You’ll find the closest shop in 0.9 miles, and a pub in 0.1 miles. Park View Lodge, Arnside 7 is your idyllic base in a wonderful location with your loved ones. Note: The lodge is in an elevated position with steps up to the entrance. Note: Guests have access to on-site facilities such as a café, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, gym, and fishing - passes can be bought on-site.
The Neighborhood:
Located just off the M6 and 20 miles south of the scenic Lake District, Carnforth is the sort of place that everyone has heard of, and many desire to discover this hidden gem. Situated at the north end of Morecambe Bay, north of the historic town of Lancaster, 15 miles from the winding lanes of the Yorkshire Dales and a hop and a skip from the Lake District, it is close to absolutely everywhere! Other local attractions include Greenlands Farm Village for crafts, local produce, a play area, café and a garden centre. The lovely area just north of Carnforth has tidal sands bordering the huge expanse of Morecambe Bay. It offers plenty of pleasant walks and opportunity to see local birds and wildlife in this fabulous area of Lancashire. Don't forget to visit the lovely old market town of Kirkby Lonsdale where you can walk or cycle along the Lancaster to Kendal Canal nearby.
