The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a double, and a twin, all with TVs, along with a main shower room. Outside there is a wrap-around veranda with decking, furniture and barbecue, off-road parking, and further communal parking. You'll find a shop in 1 mile, and pub in 0.2 miles, and Pine Lake in 1.4 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. A highchair and travel cot can be arranged on booking. 34 Lakeside is the ideal base for a family getaway to Lancashire. Note: There are steps up to the property. The Neighborhood:

Underneath Warton Crag, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the picturesque village of Warton offers a post office, as well as two traditional pubs serving fine ales and food, and is bounded to the north by the Lake District and to the east by the Yorkshire Dales. Excellent hiking is available in the area, and the Lancaster Canal is easily accessible. Also nearby are the RSPB Nature Reserves at Leighton Moss and Morecambe Bay. Carnforth, a nearby town, provides a good selection of services, as do Kirkby Lonsdale, Kendal, and Windermere; plus, there are great connections to the rest of the Lake District, the Eden Valley, and the Yorkshire Dales via road.
