From the kitchen area, the cosy lounge offers comfy seating for relaxing after a full day of exploring, it also has a Smart TV to enjoy a film or tune into your favourite box set. In addition, there is a toilet on the ground floor, just off the entrance hallway. You will find two bedrooms on the first floor, one a kingsized room and the other a twin. Located at the front of the property, the kingsize bedroom has views of the marina and a contemporary en-suite shower room. The family bathroom is also located on the first floor. There is plenty of storage in both bedrooms. Located directly off the lounge, the terrace provides uninterrupted views of the marina. Even on the coldest of days, you can enjoy the view from your sofa while admiring nearby canal cruisers and narrowboats.

Ideally located close to major road networks making the Lake District a mere 30-minute drive away and Lancaster and Morecambe equidistant in the other direction. The Yorkshire Dales are also easily accessible from this location too, you will be spoilt for choice for places to visit. Carnforth is the nearest town, only a short 10-minute drive away or a walk along the canal towpath. Carnforth has a couple of supermarkets, independent shops, pubs, and takeaways. Greenlands Farm is just across the main road from Tewitfield, an artisan village in an open farm including a produce shop, craft outlets, play barn, mini-indoor golf, café and garden centre. If you fancy taking a break from cooking, Longlands Hotel has a restaurant and bar adjacent to the marina.
