Sweet Tahoe Cabin, Lake Views/Hot Tub/Secluded

Backing to forest with some lake views, this 1150 square foot three bedroom/two bath north Lake Tahoe cabin offers wonderful seclusion and southern exposure sun. The single level home features a rock fireplace, large wrap around deck, remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances, cedar walls, wood floors, flat screen TV, tiled bathrooms, and an open floor plan for easy conversations. The hot tub faces the forest for a private experience. In the summer guests can easily walk to the Tahoe Rim Trail.

**Please note this Lake Tahoe cabin has a pretty steep driveway. When the driveway has snow on it you may need to park at the bottom of the driveway. Of course this depends on your car, snow driving experience, and driveway conditions. There are also a decent amount of stairs (around 20) from the parking pad to the cabin so it not a great fit for someone with physical limitations. The good news is when you are in the cabin there is a high level of seclusion and sun exposure.

All vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The inside of the cabin was clean and well appointed. The hot tub had no usable steps. Fridge pictured was not the same, but fine. Stairs/steps were very steep and some not in great shape. Lakeview is there, but bring binoculars. As senior citizens we wouldn't rent again, but young, fit people would enjoy the amenities and seclusion. Beds were comfy and towels in abundance.

A picture-perfect cabin in Tahoe. It's nice and quiet, surrounded by trees – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The deck in front has comfy wooden adirondack chairs and even with neighbors on both sides it was still really peaceful. There is a steep flight of stairs to access the cabin, so if you are traveling with older people who have mobility issues, that might be a concern. (Also a consideration when packing for your trip, haha!)

The house/cabin was perfect and is exactly as pictured in photos. The location is good since you are between King’s beach, Truckee and Tahoe city for shops and restaurants.

A strong smell of disinfectant took a couple of days to air out with windows open and fans on. Otherwise, the place appeared clean. The hot tub was not clean and had several filter parts floating around in it. Oddly enough, there was a tv in the bedroom without a chord to plug it in. Decoration?

Great Property - Great Location

This cabin is close to all the beaches and downtown. The neighborhood is walkable and very quiet The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped (with the exception of a cutting board :) The check in/out was super easy and the property manager was very helpful with the minor issue we had The stairs to the house are VERY steep, if you are someone who has mobility issues this might property not be the best option for you
