Apartment of 50m ² approx located on the ground floor:
Living room with extra sofa-bed 120cm, television, dining area, bay window opening onto the terrace overlooking the green areas of the residence.
Part kitchenette behind a separation with 4 ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm).
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90.cm)
Bathroom with bath, sink, washing machine.
Independent toilet.
Electric heating, private parking.
