House located 350 m from the beautiful beach of Légenèse, in a quiet and secure residence. The Yacht Club and numerous nautical activities are 300 m away, the beach centre and its shops are 650 m away. The supermarket is 1.5 km away.

The house benefits from an ideal location to enjoy the many assets of Carnac and its surroundings.



Auray and its station are located about fifteen kilometers away.

On the ground floor:

- Fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob);

- Bedroom 1: 1 bed of 160 cm (2 mattresses of 80 cm);
