The room was beautiful views were great too but there was no power because of storm, the fron desk assured us oh we have power back ups but the manager let us know later that its only for lobby! So no electricity no hot water! The hotel didn’t even compensate for this at all! Bad service front desk rude the rooms need better amenities the water heater needed an hour or so to get hot water. Expedia compensated me but the hotel Hyatt customer service is terrible

The night shift staff wasn't too great. Check out is 10am and they were giving us a difficult time about extending an extra hour. Said manager would call us back but never did. There were some flies in the room, they came to spray with natural spray, but still wasn't as accommodating Disappointed. The room itself was beautiful and the view was so nice.

Such a wonderful location for an oceanside getaway, perfect service and staff provided exactly what we needed for a 3 night stay. Definitely recommend for getting the full experience of what Carmel has to offer!

The view was the best thing about it all. A beautiful sunset and the reflection of the sun during the day makes everything worth it. The amenities were ok, a lot of them are outdated. The room was nice and kept clean and well maintained.
