Terrible…I’ve stayed at Motel 6 east in Carlsbad and it had a totally different vibe. Service was very impersonal. Cleaners or employees were having full blown conversations out side my room from 7 am.

My key didn’t work, had to get a new one made. It’s how inconvenient it was all day, I had to get some one to open the door twice. Being a diabetic I asked for a refrigerator and they never brought it. So had to get large bag of ice! And naturally the ice machine was empty so had to wait for it to make Ice. The other machine wasn’t on because it was broken.

so my problem with this Motel 6 was nothing I had to do with the front desk or anything like that the guy at the front desk was absolutely amazing he was excellent great conversation my problem with it is is that roaches were crawling over our TV screen I got woke up in the middle of the night with a roach on my face my wife had one on her face waking us up then I go out of town cuz I rented the room for 2 days we're not out of town just San Diego and had to show some people some stuff and work just called out of my briefcase that was the most embarrassing thing ever

Heater didn’t work . Room too cold, no cleaning in the room in 4 days I stayed. Manager Chris very rude kicked me out with my newborn because I paid an extra night online. My mother died so I went to her house from Carlsbad in Orange County so I paid online like I did 2 other times before and he kicked me out because he said I supposed to pay in person
