Great location, clean room, well-appointed and stocked room. But the room (ground floor) was very noisy from foot traffic and noises from the room above. The sound insulation was sub-par.

The king size room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was in great condition with the shower, water temp and pressure solid. The only downfall was the musty odor in the room. I think it was coming from the air conditioner. Other than that I would reccomend this hotel .

Clean room but noisy, you can hear everything. Clean room but noisy; you can hear everything. I prepaid my room with Expedia, checked in, and gave the credit card for the regular hold for room incidentals. Then, I worked up the next morning with an additional room charge from the hotel. I went to the front desk, and they said, “ Oops, it’s an error by the manager.”

The room was clean, the vast majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my second stay at the Inn this year. I really enjoy the property and location. Two things could use improvement. The mattress quality which I wrote in my last review needs to improve. Also it would be nice if house keeping came more often than every third day.

The location was great! So close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Proximity to the beach was 5 stars. The staff was friendly and willing to help with restaurant recommendations. The common areas of the hotel were wonderful. The fire pits and lounge areas outside were great. Parking was free.The room was fine. It obviously hadn't been updated in some time. The shower area seemed very old and showed lots of wear. Our room location did not help the rating. We were adjacent to an entrance on the first floor that also housed vending and ice machine. Every time the doors closed, it was quite loud. I would definitely try to avoid room 157.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way back through to Los Angeles. The hotel, we loved and was very traditional in a New England style. Throughout our stay the staff were super friendly. The area was lovely, really quirky, with lots of culture, bars, independent shops and dining options. The setting was beautiful and right on the beach front with a pool and separate hot tub. We really enjoyed the fire pits in the evenings. Sadly for us, the room I had booked on here had a view of the parking lot and other rooms hallway. There wasn’t the option to book a beach view which was a real shame as it made our room feel very dark and gloomy and not somewhere we wanted to spend too much time. It was also a little tired. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable with a huge TV in the room. The only downside is that the room isn’t serviced daily and only cleaned every 3rd day, not the end of the world but a little disappointing when you’ve paid for the room and a resort fee on top. The WiFi was included for free as well as the self parking.

Parking is easy on site. Nice by the beach. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the hotel. Very outdated. I have necer seen towel hanging bars made out of brown wood. I usually stay until check out time at other hotels but this one... I left as soon as i woke up. Good location with restaurants, bars and shops near by but that's all...
