Great welcome, room as expected for price, comfortable bed. This is a good choice hotel for those arriving into Wales and heading further West the next day. I was surprised at the choice for breakfast which included fresh bread, fruit compote and yoghurts not to mention a decent coffee machine. I noticed that someone is looking after the plants in the eating area which is always a nice thing to see and inspires confidence that you are staying in a worthwhile place.

One of the worst hotels...horrible breakfast.

Ome of the worst hotels I have stayed, very tiny rooms fkr the amount tou pay, paid about £75. To top this, they insult you with their breakfast, just cereals and toast, call this continental, no fried eggs or sausages etc. Charge you £8.50

Good value Budget hotel close to the M4. Not in the best area but has free, secure parking, WiFi is included and the air con was a welcome surprise on a hot evening.

The modern room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I slept well, not disturbed by any other guests. The biggest win for me was the fantastic value for money which meant I could afford a 5 night stay. Buses into the city were frequent though I could walk to town centre in 15-20 minutes.

Sadly the separate toilet in my room smelt strongly of urine. It had been cleaned but the flooring clearly needed changing. This is a budget hotel, but no excuse for this.
