Stayed for three nights. Good value. King size bed was comfortable. Dont expect much for bfast: juice, coffee, cold cereal.

The staff was excellent. Very accommodating. Great price for a clean and comfortable stay. I stayed there 4 nights on a property / business trip. I was always happy returning to the room after a hard work day. Lowes is right behind the hotel. Not really close enough to walk, but the shortest drive. Also a taco bell is near, a dunkin doughnuts is very walkable. All in all, maybe the best hotel choice in Carbondale.

The "accessible" room such an incredibly uncomfortable mattress, it was impossible to get any sleep. I had asked the afternoon clerk 7/10/25 for another room after just sitting on the bed - you could feel the springs and the padding over them was an inch thick at best. He said, "that's what you ordered (through Expedia) and that's what you got. There are no other accessible rooms available." I even asked for an upgrade to a studio room, for which I would pay the difference. "None available". The next morning, the nice lady at the front desk switched my room to a more comfortable bed (but I could still feel the springs.
