The Mirador das Areas is a unique refuge, in a small rural center of stone houses, and has a privileged location, facing the sea, in the protected natural area of Razo Baldaio.

Walking down to the beach through the paths between the dunes, which are practically in front of the house, is a real pleasure.
It is a very quiet area, it really seems that you are in another era, but with the comforts of modern life, good mobile communication, WIFI… and incredible views of the sea from the whole house.

It has approximately 130 m2 in total, distributed over 3 floors. And an outdoor area, which is accessed from the living room, of about 25 or 30 m2 designed to eat and take a dip in the fresh air while enjoying panoramic views of the sea, the dune field and the beach. It is equipped with a table with chairs, a barbecue and a couple of small sun loungers and a plunge pool of approx. 3 m x 3.5 m and depth 1 m. The plunge pool has a security fence, which prevents access to children if parents do not want to. The plunge pool and the garden have beautiful panoramic views of the sea, the dune field and the beach. A few meters from the house, about 50 m, in the back, is the parking area and the garden, also equipped with table with chairs and sun loungers, equally beautiful views of all natural space and the coastal mountains.

On the ground floor is the kitchen-living room with fireplace in an open space and a small toilet.

On the upper floor there is a suite with a full bathroom with a shower cabin and a beautiful bathtub, and opens onto a gallery with the same views of the sea as from the ground floor (from the bed and shower you can see the sea !! )
The upper floor has another small room that is intended as a children's room or single room if it is for adults, which is part of a family suite that is located on the ground floor under cover. Also with full bathroom, this one with shower. This room also has the same spectacular sea views (tb from the bed and the shower you see the sea !!) and overlooks a terrace with fantastic views.

The whole structure of the house is made of reclaimed noble wood slabs and stone walls, we have given it a current air always respecting the natural identity of the house.

The Mirador das Areas is a very special house with all the comforts, it is a boutique house facing the sea, in a small village, next to Razo, in Cambre, about 500 m from the beach (really about 350 m or more are of dunes), in fact the beach is reached by a path between the dunes that is almost in front of the house.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as an outdoor pool or take in the view from a terrace and a garden.
