Amamos ficar na Pousada Paradise, um verdadeiro paraíso! A pousada é linda, o staff do check-in é super educado e cordial. Tem uma piscina super gostosa com piscina infantil. O café da manhã é completíssimo e muito farto. Fica pertinho da praia do Indaiá, que é ótima pra crianças. A pousada tem uma equipe de recreação muito animada, meu filho amou brincar com os tios. Já queremos voltar!

Quarto limpo, colchão confortável, café da manhã completo e fresco, área infantil com cuidados redobrados nas quinas, funcionários gentis, tudo funcionando, só o estacionamento que é rotativo mas deixamos o carro em frente. Volto em breve!! Recomendo!!

Unrelaxed stay

Parking is on-site as long as there is room available, Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Comfort in room was poor, beds were old and generally my back was more sore in the mornings on getting out of the bed. There was an extra mattress slid under the bed where the center leg for the base was missing. The rooms were FULL of beds - so acces to the small veranda was only possible when a single bed was stacked onto another. Breakfast was fine, but only available from 7:30 am. Surrounding area was a little rough, and nightly a local vigilante would patrol on his motorbike sounding a siren type horn to let the bad people know that he was around - at the same time waking the residents.

O hotel é maravilhoso, bem limpo, estruturado, porém estava com falta de funcionários para limpeza, nosso check in foi feito 18h e não as 16h, justamente pela falta de funcionários para fazer a limpeza dos quartos. Botão do elevador pra descer estava quebrado e consertaram no outro dia

Realmente quarto impecável, tudo muito bom, os lencois bem limpos, toalhas, ar-condicionado gelando muito, nada a reclamar do quarto, os apartamentos pareciam bem novos, elevador funcionando perfeitamente, recepção excelente chegamos e a recepcionista nos ajudou a ir logo para o nosso quarto mesmo a gente chegando mais cedo, as camareiras todas simpáticas, o pessoal da cozinha também se esforçando muito pra atender todos muito bem, a única coisa que achei de ruim , e perceptível que falta pessoas pra ajudar na cozinha no café da manhã, mas acredito que mão de obra anda difícil de encontrar em diversos lugares, mas do restante da pousada, nada a reclamar, piscina muito boa, área de lazer excelente, bem pensada nas crianças. Só tenho a agradecer por tudo. Parabéns a todos.

O quarto não pode ser oferecido para 7 pessoas, pois não tem ar na sala, ventilador não dá conta e é muito barulhento, sofá cama é duro como chão.. limpeza é uma nota 8, pet deveria ser instinto do site. Caro e pet n tem nada, absolutamente nada, espaço, comida, não pode sair nem na coleira, só no colo, entendo áreas como piscina, refeitório, corredores. Mas nada ainda sou gentil. Taxa para que? Me senti lesada. Cozinha muito simples e arcaico. Um dos colchões tinha um buraco, precisei colocar no chão, na sala, aquela sem ventilador, com insetos (traças e bichinhos cupins). Diz que quem fez hospedagem pelo site de vocês não teria direito a ceia de réveillon, mas quem fez pelo booking tinha, absurdo de novo, na região não teria nenhum restaurante aberto apos as 17h. Tudo bem meu quarto tem cozinha, mas poderiam ter dado a opção. A recepção disse que a dona não atendia para ver um preço melhor (ridículo). Ah e o horário de check in nonste de vcs estava errado, o hotel disse que vcs vivem errado
