The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower in the dark. Overall a 3.8/5.

Hotel right on the beach

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was adequate and clean. The restaurant on site called Mar e Terra is absolutely fantastic. The food was prepared immaculately and every meal I ordered was magnificent. The pool and pool bar are fantastic. The staff was excellent and I can't wait to go back.

Sobre limpeza, conforto e atendimento. Foi td impecável. Funcionarios do hotel são tds. Pró ativos, mto educados, sempre preocupados em nos oferecer o melhor e nos amparar. Porém... garçons da noite do restaurante super distraídos mesmo com restaurante vazio. Eu tive que ir ao balcao pra pedir pra fechar minha minha conta e pra pegar bebidas. E outra coisa mto chata. É um hotel abeira mar. Um lugar que nos escolhemos real pra turistar e aproveitar a praia. Domingo anoite chegamos euforicos, de biquini sujos da praia. Fomos pra sauna. Qnd saimos estava tendo escolinha dominical na recepção. Pessoas do culto da igreja bastista td na recepção. Ficamos super contrangidos. Pois tinhamos bebido ondia td. Tds nós estavamos de trage de banho. Ficamos sem saber como fazer e reagir. A minha opinião ficou desconfotavel para os dois lados. Pais tentando tirar abençoes dos filhso pra naonver agt passando. E outra coisa td nao é smart tv. E os canais q tinham estavam travados. Passam9 estadiabtd sem tv.

Poucos dias, 2 diárias, nada a declarar de negativo... Apenas a recepção muito escura com pouca luz, tanto na entrada como na saída... Sem serviço de bagagem para o quarto, deve ser por causa da baixa temporada.

Muito bom hotel

Muito bem localizado, em frente à praia, possui cadeiras e toalhas de banho mas não possui serviço de atendimento na praia. O restaurante é a parte do hotel e tudo o que for consumido tem que ser pago na hora, não sendo possível marcar na conta do quarto para pagamento no check out. Os quartos tem uma vista linda da praia, são bem limpos, as camas super confortáveis, só o chuveiro que demora para esquentar a água, o que causa o desperdício de água.

A estadia no geral foi boa, porém teve um dia que deu problema no aquecedor e ficamos sem água quente por algumas horas. Além disso, a piscina ficou interditada durante toda a estadia.
