Upscale and Beautiful Beach Front Condo with Gorgeous Gulf Sunsets, South Seas

South Seas Beach Villa 2313 is a very nicely renovated and luxury vacation rental condominium located at the South Seas Island Resort Beach Villas Complex. Our spacious one bedroom/one bathroom condominium features a very comfortable king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen, living area with large flat panel TV and a private screened lanai to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. The direct beachfront view looks out to the Gulf of Mexico and pool area. While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis (fee), bbq grills and the beach. We include beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options and shops just outside the resort as well.

Important Note:
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.

This rental does not include beach chairs or umbrellas. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. Please be aware that, as of now, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within South Seas Resort. However, should any construction occur during your stay, kindly note that we do not issue refunds for disruptions caused by repairs or maintenance that are beyond our control.
