Unparalleled ocean and beach views from this special retreat at the entrance to the Wharf. BBQ from your balcony and enjoy views over Capitola Village and the waters beyond, or walk a block and find yourself surrounded by restaurants and boutique shops. This is an incredible venue for families, surfers and beach goers to immerse themselves in one of the top US beach towns (sleeps 6). There is a one car garage that is available for you during your stay. We have 220 volt in the garage for charging EV’s. We also have a parking permit for another car for you to use during your stay too.
SPACE: We have king premier memory foam mattres, queen bed and full mattress in small loft area. Couch has a queen pullout sleeper. Full Kitchen. Expansive ocean views from living room, dining room, and kitchen with a covered balcony for outside enjoyment.
