On the positive side: great central location, good shower, comfy bed. On the negative side: 1. Room is small for Cape Town 2. The centre rug and sofa are in serious need of a professional deep clean 3. Portable AC (not visible in any of the photos) is old, noisy, doesn't cool, totally ineffective and is fitted with loose makeshift ducts that requires a window to be left ajar which lets in mosquitoes and hot air. 4. Washing machine has no dryer and opening up a drying rack inside this small space is very inconveniencing 5. Larger blind was installed incorrectly to the point where it doesn't shut fully, which doesn't provide full privacy and blackout 6. Not the best sound insulation 7. No luggage storage on site Not value for money! I would imagine that there are better units in this building.
