Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Terrible ,waste of money

The location is great , however the apartment needs a serious clean and some repairs . We could not utilize the one shower so basically we had a 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment, not what we paid for . Apartment needs a deep cleaning and communication is very poor - we had cleaning staff walk in using their own key and they said they assumed we had left . Not sure what the cleaning staff do - supposedly clean crockery was dirty and apartment was overall not clean .Security into the building is exceptional, but the hosts and management were not the most accommodating nor welcoming. Check in took forever , despite setting a time to meet for this - they provided a whatsapp number but did not respond to messages or answer calls .
