The Mirabelle is an absolute gem of a find in beautiful Franschhoek. There are so many positives about this magnificent guest house! The staff are super friendly, so helpful and courteous . This is arguably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in. The pool is stupendous with a plethora of sun beds so no chance of being without! It’s a short walk into town so all amenities are extremely close. The breakfast is amazing with a fabulous choice of cooked options as well as a table of continental choices. We met the management who were very welcoming and super friendly and we very much look forward to a return trip. Thank you for making our visit so special!

A really lovely stay, felt like a home from home with the staff when we arrived. Everything very clean and tidy. Breakfast options excellent, fresh and tasty but a little slow depending on when you went down. Pool area great, only strange thing was the pool cleaner and pipe was left in 24/7 so you had to swim around it. Pool was immaculate though because of it 😊 Would definitely recommend and will stay again when visiting!

Great escape and lovely hotel with pool

We stayed two nights in a ground floor room with some outside space. room very spacious, aircon and well decorated. Lovely to have the pool which was quiet and lovely to cool off. Guest house is a good 10mins walk to the main street but surrounding area very quiet. Breakfast as plentiful. Staff extremely friendly. I would definitely return!

Lovely stay, comfortable rooms

We stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon and it was lovely. Unfortunately we were hit with horrible food poisoning on the day we checked in (through no fault of the guesthouse!!) and had to cancel plans and stayed in our room most of the day. But the silver lining was that the room was very comfortable and helped us get through the worst of the food poisoning!! I highly recommend a 13 hour fever-induced sleep here. The amenities were great - the breakfast was delicious, one of the best we had on our whole trip. It's very conveniently located to the center of Franschhoek town. We (somewhat naively) walked back from the wine tram, though I wouldn't recommend this - we encountered some questionable characters and were harassed a bit. Taxis/ubers here are very cheap, would recommend that instead! Loved the guesthouse and would go back if given the chance!

We had a lovely stay at Mirabelle guesthouse for 3 nights. It was conveniently located for the town for bars and restaurants. Breakfast was great and the warm blueberry muffins were a daily treat. Elmarie was an amazing host and made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Really loved almost everything about my stay here. Easily 5/5 stars. Only concern was walking back at night as it was a bit of a long way to go in the dark but staff said it was safe to do. I didn’t have any issues though! Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

A truly lovely stay at the Mirabelle guest house. The room was massive, breakfast was delicious and such a great location for visiting Franschoek! Shame we didn’t have the best weather or we’d have loved to go in the pool too! Can’t wait to return
