Safe area. Lots of restaurants within 5 mins walk. 2 minutes to the beach/tidal pool. Quite noisy, on the main road with a trainline running parallel. Facilities were lovely. Very comfortable bed. Problems dishwasher doesn't work. Toilet flush is tricky, gets stuck. Would definitely book again.
