Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Don't stay at Joyous Luxuries Guesthouse

I made a reservation and drove more than an hour out of my way to get there because everything was booked in Cape Town. When I arrived I was informed that there wasn't a room available. I understand that mistakes sometimes happen but now they are REFUSING TO REFUND MY PAYMENT!
