La casa pur trovandosi in un bel quartiere manca di ristrutturazione recente. Tutto è un pò datato. in una casa con numerose vetrate non termiche, è impensabile che il condizionamento sia solamente in una stanza, il calore rende insopportabile il soggiorno nelle ore più calde e la sera. TROVO POI INAUDITO CHE DOPO AVER PAGATO PER IL SOGGIORNO TRAMITE EXPEDIA MI VENGA RICHIESTO NUOVAMENTE IL PAGAMENTI SIA CON PAY PAL CHE CON LA MIA CARTA DI CREDITO, CHE NON HO COMUNICATO AL PROPRIETARIO.
