The host was very responsive to any questions I had. The house is very conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The house is beautiful with many thoughtful touches to make our stay even better. The pool is very warm and bigger than it looks in the picture. My only suggestion would be to get a couple more loungers for around the pool.I would highly recommend this place and would go back!

The home was absolutely beautiful and spacious. I enjoyed the heated pool with some friends and my pups LOVED the yard (lots of new smells & some much zoomie room)! Lori was super attentive and even assisted when we had realized the pool heater wasn’t set. I will definitely be staying and recommending this home again!

We really enjoyed the home. We found it to be very spacious and the hosts seemed to know what tourists would need to enjoy the area. It's easy to see that they care very much about their guests and ensuring you have a good stay. They were very communicative and resolved a small problem we had quickly. The pool area is very nice, my only suggestion would be to provide a pool float or 2 so i could lazily float and read my book. Thanks!

Beautiful escape

My family members enjoyed their stay immensely. From the pool to decor; it is a great home. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious. Nice home.

Overall, this was a beautiful renovated and up-to-date property. The inside of the home shined bright with updated appliances, a beautiful kitchen and cozy bedrooms. Unfortunately the backyard needed some TLC. The pool liner needs replaced and upon arrival, we noticed one of the two lounge chairs were broken. As we are visiting from out of state we were most excited to enjoy the pool. We notified the host right away and she filed a claim with the mandatory insurance we had to purchase for the property. The Location of the property was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to access to get to Fort Myers and Cape Coral.

Terrible location, no hot water, blue paint from pool got on our bodies and swimsuits

Property was nicely decorated, as soon as my kids got in the pool, they were covered in blue paint, showers were terrible, no water pressure in master bathroom, floors were very dirty with hair everywhere, 4th day, there was no hot water,and didn’t have any the rest of the vacation, left early, contractor came and said the tankless system is too small for the house, dishwasher was very loud, neighbors had loud music the first 2 nights and we had to call the police to get them to shut off their music. While the owner was quick to respond, she was also rude that we were upset that we didn’t have hot water, saying it’s not her fault. The contractor that came to fix it, told us it’s because the system they put in is too small for the house and has happened before. VRBO should not allow such a property to be rented until fixed.

Wonderful stay!

We were in the area for a baseball tournament being held in the Fort Myers area. This house was a perfect location to all the fields we needed to be at - all within a 20 minute drive. The home was very clean and had amazing modern upgrades - the kitchen was a thing of my dreams! Although we didn't use it much, the pool and backyard area was wonderful. The owners were always quick to send information or reply to a message. We will definitely try booking next time we're in the area!

Great landing spot

Comfortable, relaxing house

We loved our stay at the beach house. It is located in a great location. Beach was only a couple minute drive or 20 minute walk with sidewalks available to walk on. Also close to grocery stores and restaurants and shops. Our family enjoyed relaxing by the pool, in the living room as well prepping and eating meals together at the long counter. There are lots of board games to play and puzzles. My youngest enjoy finding some toys and coloring books as well. The pool was clean and had some fun tubes and chairs to use in it. The pool is heated so was comfortable to swim in. One thing to be aware of is the heat doesn’t kick on until 11am so early morning swimming isnt an option if there when the nights are cool/cold. Mid afternoon to evening is when we were able to swim comfortably.
