Bright and sunny, the house has a very open floor plan. The doors in the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom open completely to allow the outdoors to become part of the house and entertaining space.

The saltwater pool is large with both electric and solar heat and the 6 people hot tub is heated by electricity.
Feel free to walk down to your private dock area to relax, fish, or simply watch the wildlife go by.

Don't miss hiking and biking in this exclusive, safe Palaco Grande neighborhood, nicknamed the "Gold Coast" of Cape Coral. We provide 2 bikes for your use as well as 2 kayaks for water adventure. Boaters will love the 2 minutes, around the corner, no bridge access to the river. It's a quick boat or car ride to Sanibel, Captiva, and the Gulf of Mexico with lots of fun park and restaurant stops in between.

At day end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here on your private lanai, sipping a beverage and grilling southern Florida fresh seafood.

Upon arrival the home was clean, easy check in and access. My grandchildren loved the pool and all of the pool toys. We used the wagon and beach chairs and cooler to go and visit Sanibel. The home was comfortsble and the neighborhood was very quiet. There were just a few issues that we had to address. The first was the dishwasher. It was very old and the trays had visible rust I contacted the owner and they immediately replaced it. The hot tub was not functioning upon arrival and the pool cleaners had advised that it had not been working for several months they had been waiting for a part. The hot tub looked very old and really needs to be replaced.Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and it was close to a lot of amenities and great restaurants. I highly recommend it for small children and families and retirees. It was very nice.

Outstanding property. Immaculate, well stocked kitchen with two coffee makers and a very cute sliding window out to the pool/patio area. This proved very convenient for transporting food and drinks from the kitchen. Large heated pool and patio area was the central hub of all activities. Spacious closets and laundry area with plenty of bath and beach towels. We were so pleased to find a garage filled with pool floaties, beach cart and chairs, bicycles and kayaks! Amazing. The customer service was top notch. We had our golf clubs shipped directly to the house and they ended up arriving a day earlier than we did. No problem, they secured them in the garage for us which we greatly appreciated. Working with the management was very easy with immediate responses. With three nicely sized bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (one outside by the pool!) I would definitively recommend this property for a small family or group.

Best Rental Ever!

We rent many homes through VRBO and this was the best one we have ever rented. We flew to FL from CA and brought the entire family (kids and their significant others). The house was clean. Many items were provided that we were shocked about. There was fishing gear along with lures left in the garage for my teenager. There were many pools toys for the pool and 4 kyacks. Beach chairs and a wagon were provided for when we went to the beach We were able to wash clothes because of the handful of pods and dryer sheet. The neighbor hood was quiet and nice. Our neighbor across the street was a Cape Coral officer. There were bunnies living in different areas of the yard and we saw an iguana basking on the dock. When we visit Florida, we will rent this house again.

Great home near everything in Cape Coral

The owners thought of everything. Not only do they provide fishing gear, bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, coolers, etc., they made the house accessible for those of us who have challenges with walking.I cannot thank the owners and the people at Sue Larson Realty enough. Everyone was helpful and great to work with. We will rent this home again next year!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was very clean and really does look just like the pictures. It has most things you would need in the kitchen including spices. There are pool floats and a few life jackets as well as some sand toys etc. We enjoyed our stay here so much and would definitely stay again! Thank you! :)

This property is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very pretty, and decorated tastefully. We felt very much at home. The kitchen had everything you needed. Even had spices. The pool was amazing and large. Lots of towels for the pool and beach. We loved it there and would definitely rent it again if we go to Cape Coral.

First time visit

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa was perfect for just the two of us. It’s an Easterly facing villa and so the sun is on the lanai early but not later on in the day. We enjoyed sitting on the comfortable seating in the shade later in the day or in the evening and those chairs are so comfortable that I often fell asleep in them! We tried fishing many times but only after we bought shrimp bait (from Walmart) and added on the floaters, did my husband catch what we think was a whisker shark. We did have a dolphin playing in the canal for about 30 minutes though, which was a joy to see! The villa was clean and I we enjoyed our 7 night stay here. Only constructive criticism would be that we missed having pantry space for the food we purchased. It wasn’t a big deal though as we were only there a short time and we moved things about to make room so that it wasn’t lying out on the countertop.

We enjoyed our stay at this properly.We very much appreciated the owners accepting a grocery delivery, before we arrived. We arrived on Christmas day and wouldnt have had groceries without this. It was very kind.The property was clean, over all and held all the amenities listed including a working hot tub and heated pool.The appliances could be updated, especially the dish washer. The dishwasher expelled an unpleasant smell when running and had black crud throughout. I think the lines need to be cleaned. Travel to the beach, groceries, etc was easy. Grateful for the time we had in Cape Coral.

Absolutely Amazing

My family and I traveled here for Thanksgiving anfcould not have been happier. The neighbirhood was very quite all week. The rooms were great for everyone. Outside was amazing. Pool was warm, hot tub worked as it should and bugs were no where to be found. Being next to the water and so close to the gulf was a great experience. Overall we would stay here again.

Beautiful Place

Travelled with my family including an 11 month old and 2.5 year old. The house was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. The pool was fantastic - my kids loved it. The availability of bikes, kayaks and other toys made the trip even better. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome vacation home
