Cozy Home

We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is functional, equipped with all the essentials. The grill was good and you have a spare bottle in the garage. The pool was nice with the screened in patio. It provided a place to relax in the shade. The neighborhood is very quiet at night and everything is close by. The dock out back is easy to tie up to and get on/off the boat. Sanibel Island is about a 45 to 60 min boat ride which includes the "Miserable Mile" but it's a good ride especially at sunset. The house itself is roomy, mostly everything is updated. The only issue we had was with the a/c unit. It had some trouble keeping up with the Florida heat in June. The property manager was on top of making sure it was running in peak condition. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic relaxing vacation

We had a great trip. The Villa is decorated very well with furniture that is comfortable and very functional. It looked good online and was even better in person. We had plenty of space to put our things. Check-in was smooth with the property manager James letting us know he was there if there were any issues or needs (none came up).We docked a 43' boat for our stay and the location was great for going out an exploring. The canal was a little tight for that large of boat but manageable. We also enjoyed the little tiki dock and the kids basically lived in the heated pool. This was our first VRBO, and all-in-all was a great experience.
