This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, heated pool home on the canal has over 1900 square feet of living area. New flat screen TV's, cable and wifi. Private dock on salt water canal where you can tie up your boat or fish from. Twenty minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee River which leads to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva and the Gulf of Mexico and some of the best fishing! Nice large pool deck. Open kitchen and formal living and dining room. RSW airport and beaches only 30 minutes away. Close to shopping and dining. Cape Coral has many activities and things to do, the Historic Yacht Club is only 5 minutes away.
Master bedroom has a king, guest bedrooms have three queens total. Sleeps eight.

Nice but a little outdated.

I’ll make points. 1. Ants in our shower 2. The pool was freezing. Apparently it had no coolant and it was fixed the day before we left. 3. There wasn’t enough furniture in the living room for us to sit as a family:(. Not a huge deal, but still. As much room as ther was, I was disappointed with the amount of sitting space. 4. I was also slightly freaked out by not being notified that there would be random people showing up st the house. The pool cleaner just walked in the back door and never even said a word. And the company that came to fix the pool, we were never notified of them coming either. We came home to him in there and it was alarming.

Great place to stay, lots of fun!

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was clean and spacious, the pool was a blast for the kids, kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you would need to cook, and owner was quite responsive from the 1st day. We were able to visit the beaches, relatives, and do some shopping while we were there. Some other thoughts, there wasn’t a lot of seating in each of the living room and den areas to accommodate the size of the party staying at the house. At most you can sit 4 people in one room and 3 in the other. The other thing was the stain in the carpet, hidden from view until a day later after we moved the ottoman. For the cost of the house, that spot could’ve been cleaned a bit better especially since the kids liked to play in the carpeted area and the way it was covered looked like a fresh stain of some sort. Also, both the trash can and recycle bin were full and couldn’t accommodate the trash we had for the first few days, these could’ve been emptied prior to our arrival.
