Sunset Paradise - Beautiful Sunsets and waterfront

Cape Coral Sunset Paradise is one of our largest vacation rentals on South Florida's West Coast, a 2,600+ sq ft dream villa located on one of the area's most gorgeous and peaceful canals. This stunner will charm and delight you and is the perfect vacation getaway for groups of up to 6, family and friends.

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are spread out for privacy, while the common spaces come together in a comfortable and social “Great Room” layout. Vaulted ceilings, luxurious tile flooring, and designer architectural touches indulge the senses. The family entertainment room is wonderful for gathering together, with theater-style seating and a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to make meals easy. There is also a formal living room, a formal dining room with seating for 6, and a breakfast nook that looks out over the water. Wireless Internet is included.

The master bedroom occupies its own wing and includes a king-size bed, a lovely and huge master bathroom with a spa tub, and access to the pool. On the other side, two bedrooms which have king-size beds. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV.

The backyard is screened-in and lavish, with a heated pool, a spa, and a billiards table. Enjoy meals outdoors at the alfresco dining table, sunbathe on the loungers, or enjoy time together in the comfortably furnished entertaining area. A grassy area is suitable for play. The private dock includes a boat lift and the view is AMAZING: the back faces west and overlooks a wide canal, which makes for drop-dead gorgeous sunsets, starry skies, and tranquil views of boats idly floating by.

Visitors covet Cape Coral as a vacation destination for its beautiful sandy beaches, golf courses, family water park, and the canal access to the Gulf of Mexico. The Pine Island Sound Aquatic Preserve and the barrier islands Sanibel and Captiva are relaxation playgrounds that offer sunbathing, parasailing, boat rentals, fishing, kayaking, ocean sightseeing and dolphin watching, scuba & snorkeling, and more. The islands also host resort amenities, fine dining, bars, and entertainment – South Florida is where the sun & fun action is!

Beautiful house. Great pool and hot tub

We had a wonderful time. LOVED having the hot tub as the days were a little cooler. Any issues or questions were always addressed. The carpet in the primary bedroom was pretty old and needed a redo. Otherwise all good.

Oasis of calmness

This house has unique charm, water front canal view, and a relaxing feeling: this experience is one we welcomed and truly appreciated. Great Pool, and View and Accomodations

The home is lovely and the pictures are very accurate except for the pool cage which was damaged in Hurricane Ian and had to be removed. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the pool and deck chairs and seeing sunset, boats and wild life in the canal. We even got a photo of an eagle snagging a fish in the canal. Properly Managerxwas very responsive to our questions and issue with door lock which was quickly replaced. We would stay here again.

Great house, loved the bed in the master. Area was hit pretty hard by Ian so a lot of places on the water were closed. We wanted to take advantage of being on the water. Didn’t know they left a boat on the lift and weren’t permitted to keep a trailer on the drive. No place around to park your trailer. We were able to tie up to the dock and just blocked the trailer with out truck in the drive. Problem with check in- house not available til the time slot given and there’s a CRAZY ALARM on all the back doors that went off until I finically figured it out. No one knew how to help.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood.

Clean house, kitchen plates, cutlery and pots and pans could have been cleaner. I think this may have been because the dishwasher didn’t work very well. They should have been checked between guests. We also had no outside lighting working. I sent a message to the property manager but had no response. Apart from that we had an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful house and very spacious. Lots of storage space and drawers. It was extremely clean. We loved it! We had an issue with the hot tub and a part had to be ordered for it. Unfortunately, it wasn't due to come in until after we were leaving. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house for sure!

We had a great time at Sunset Paradise. We got in a bit early and they let us check in. House had everything we needed and more. We even saw manatees off the dock on evening . Couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks for providing such a great experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this beautiful house from January 23-30 and it was fantastic. The weather didn't cooperate so well so it was awesome to have a heated pool and hot tub to look forward to. Everything we could have needed was there and when we did have a question the owners were readily available. The bikes were a really nice bonus. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone!
