Positives: Comfortable beds!! Beautiful sunrises. Heated pool. Garage parking. East facing pool. Pool loungers. Outdoor seating. Cooler & umbrella available for use in the garage. Negatives: Invasive ants inside (trails of ants in kitchen in numerous places along with bathrooms). The pool is only filled about 1/2 inch above filter line so the filter doesn't run properly. Door locks are finicky to enter pool area from house and constantly pop open. There is no true safety between the sliding doors (with finicky locks) and the pool if traveling with children, it was worrisome. Notes: The wood floors are all rippling near entrances from water damage. The grill and oven were all covered with soiled aluminum foil. There were quite a few dust bunnies around the house upon arrival. Window coverings are short in some places with nonworking/broken parts. The A/C is only able to go down to 75 per instructions. Was charged additional 200 for small pet fee. Smoke detector missing in livingroom. Owner can use boat dock during your stay. I will also note, I did unfortunately have a difficult time communicating with the property management company on getting anything resolved (pest & pool issues).

Relaxing

We spent 3 weeks in March at the Thunderbird Villa. Upon arrival we noticed how clean the property was. We enjoyed the beautiful scenic Lake and the heated pool. There was lots to do in the area along with excellent restaurants. We will definitely be back next year!!

Disappointed

We had no hot water from the first 3 days of our trip. When we discovered the issue, we were told to keep in mind the 4th of July was a holiday and it was difficult to find workers to fix it. What type of management company doesn’t have someone to fix rental issues 24/7? For the money, not worth it. We had better communication from the young man fixing the issue than the property management company. Do better!

Perfect vacation place

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The house location is perfect. We loved the view of the lake and the ease of getting places. The pool is nice too. House has everything you need. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is cleaning could do a better job. Couch cushions need cleaned in between the cushions and under the couch are dirty. Ice machine had mildew where the ice comes out. Vents need cleaned and some lights not working inside and out .Not a huge issue to us, but to some it could be. Fix those minor detail things the house would be perfect ! We would stay here again. We look forward to coming back next year.

" Alles vom Feinsten ? "

So war es von der Eigentümerin beschrieben worden vor der Reise. Die Betreuung der Agentur beschränkte sich auf das Stromablesen vor-und nachher. Bezüglich der kleinen Mängel stellte man sich taub. Als wir nach unserem Aufenthalt der Besitzerin schrieben, waren wir ihr keine Antwort wert.
