We'd love to welcome you to Coves in The Cape!!! Our newly renovated 2/2 is managed and hosted by native professional locals. We invite you on your getaway to sunny SWFL to stay in our poolside retreat. Hangout and enjoy yummy beverages and grilling your favorite foods by the pool by day and enjoy the many restaurants, bars and nightlife in downtown Cape Coral about a half mile away in the evening. The property is centrally located to take full advantage of the Yacht Club & public Beach (6 min), "island time"! Mattlacha(20 min), Ft.Myers Beach(30 min) and downtown Ft.Myers Riverfront(25 min) is just a short drive away.

The apartment features two comfortable queen size beds and two full-size showers and bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking and eating utensils, toaster, blender, Keurig machine, and cleaning supplies. The living room has a 55" smart TV and large comfy sectional with a queen size pull out sleeper. Hi Speed WiFi works around entire property. Full size washer/dryer in unit.

The covered patio has 6 person table to enjoy outdoor dining and socializing. Also features a large pool deck with seating and lounge chairs and plenty of space to use the BBQ grill. 14,000 gallon heated pool has plenty of floats and toys for everyone.

This property hosts another unit (1/1) as well, so the pool is shared and the deck is common grounds, but each unit has its own private entrances on separate sides of property. Inquire about reserving both units simultaneously to accommodate more quests in you party.

Nice property!

We spent four nights here. The pool was great and the property was updated and clean. We had a chance to meet the owner and he provided some tips on where to go and eat. I would definitely book again when returning to the area.

Fun in the sun

This property is very clean and up to date. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Bathroom supplies are plentiful. The beds are very comfortable and general living area layout was great. We ate most of our meals outside at the large patio table that included comfortable chairs. The pool we very clean and water temp was perfect. Travel to Publix, and all stores including restaurants were short rides. Overall we had a great time. Communications with the host prior to and during our stay was excellent.

Very nice, comfortable,and convenient

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home, which was located very conveniently to a variety of shopping. It was also close to some of the best restaurants in town. We met the owner/manager when we went back to the home to retrieve something that was left there. He was very honest and friendly!
