Enjoy the beautiful SWFL Florida weather and nature with screened-in lanai, pool, gulf access, dock, kayaks and 2 bikes. This property features 2 king beds and 2 twin beds (plus large sofa in the living room), perfect for families or friends looking for a peaceful getaway. Pets welcome (with pet fee). With amenities like WiFi, AC, and washing machine/dryer, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. There is no charge for heating the pool/spa. Clean, comfortable and well stocked home. Very pet friendly. Heated pool and spa was awesome. We were able to tie up our boat to the dock for easy use. Their boat was docked too but ours was small enough to tie to their floating dock for jet skis behind. Host responsive but we didn’t have much of a need or want for anything as it was all laid out and set up nicely. Thank you!

This home is in a great location in Cape Coral. Traci is a great host and very responsive in communicating with us.We spent time in the hot tub, pool , screened porch, and the dock area. There are so many things to do here that I can only list a few. Went kayaking and fishing in the canal, bike riding, beach walking, sunset cruising, visited Sanibel Island, played pickleball, went waterfront dining, etc etc. We would love to come back next year.
