Karina was amazing. Any time there was an issue she was right on it, either contacting someone to remedy the situation or even having the owner come over one day and help us with the TV's as the renters before us spoke a different language. We had a slight issue with getting the hot tub to work when we arrived. I called Karina and she immediately contacted the pool people and they were there within an hour letting us know how to fix it and explaining to us what we needed to do to get it heated. At one point we turned the TV on and the renters before us spoke a different language and had changed the setting on the TV to Spanish. We couldn't get it back to English and the owner came over and helped us out. The place was clean, it was in perfect condition. Pool and hot tub were great. The lanai was very comfortable, the ability to park our vehicle in the garage is not something that's normal at rental properties so that was a great touch. Overall this was a great property with excellent communication between myself and Karina. Karina made the stay there and any issues we encountered seem very miniscule. I'd definitely stay here again.
