Very clean and comfortable.Cons: We had to buy dishwasher and laundry pods as well as dawn dish washing soap. There were only two bath towels and one washrag. When people fly into town they dont pack extra towels. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The only issue we had was one day there was a storm that caused the refrigerator to stop working. We called the owner and within 30 minutes he was at our unit. It turned out that the storm caused the surge protector to go out. He installed a new one and the refrigerator worked fine.

Florida Getaway

Inside of the property is accurate to the pictures. Clean and nicely decorated. Travelers need to know that this is a duplex, not a single-family home that you are renting. It is also located in a pretty low income neighborhood and everyone knows that it is a vacation rental. You will get some stares and side eyes as you come and go. I would not stay in this area again.
