DUE TO HURRICANE IAN: Till end of 2022 there will be a fresh renovated house with a blocked garage, some ripped out screens and two sailboats in the backyard.

Location:

The house is in the popular Yacht Club Area, in south/east Cape Coral. Because of the short way to the Caloosahatchee river this is a very valued area for boaters.
Who wants to ride somewhere on the 400mls of waterways Cape Corals in the blazing sun, if you can blow the breeze on the river while you are on the way to the most beautiful beaches or the bar with boat dock?
It is situated along quiet roads, both of which end as dead ends. Here are only 35mph allowed and very little traffic. To restaurants, shopping, bars, the Yacht Club, the beach and much more there are only short distances.

Yard:

The rear yard is completely fenced.
Everywhere are beds with plants and palm trees, which are irrigated by a fully automatic irrigation system. Depending on the season, the landscaper comes every or every two weeks.

Due to the solar heating on the roof, we could heat the pool over 90 ° water temperature even in the winter.

Inside:

The house is an old South Florida Ranch built just a few years after the founding of the city. It therefore has the very beautiful old Florida style. Starting with the greatroom you enter as soon as you enter the house. The floridaroom or sunroom is now the dining room with long dining table and 8 chairs. The windows are all cranking. The house is fully air-conditioned.

Wi-Fi is of course available throughout the property at 200 Mbps for free.

The kitchen is completely renovated with white cabinets, dishwasher, small storage room, frenchdoor refrigerator with water and ice cube dispenser.
In the kitchen you will find everything a good vacation kitchen needs, like coffee machine, toaster, dishes, blender (for the pancakes), etc.

In the Greatroom there is a modern sleeper sofa for 2 persons to sleep or all to sit together. A 70" Smart TV with 45+ programs as well as Netflix and a HiFi system provide entertainment.

In the guest bedroom there is a spacious wardrobe, a king-size bed complete with bed linen, a USB charging station and a 60" TV.

The guest bathroom is equipped with a large vanity, large mirror, hairdryer, hand and shower towels and a large shower. This bathroom has been completely renovated.

The master bedroom also has a king size bed complete with linens, a small comode, a USB charging station and a 60" smart TV with local TV channels & Netflix.

From here you can reach the dressing area with 2 areas - for him and her.
