This home is set in a quiet residential neighborhood, where walking and bike riding are regular activities. It is well situated with the heated pool and lanai area facing West to take advantage of the Florida sunshine all afternoon.

The home has a traditional Florida style home with a split floor plan. The master suite is on the north side of the home and guest accommodations are on the south side. The home will accommodate six guests with beds.

Our guests are offered a choice of sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while one of the guest bedrooms offers a queen mattress and the other bedroom is equipped with twin beds. All Mattresses and bedding come with an abundance of pillows and extra blankets.

The updated kitchen is open to the living area and pool/Lanai. Cabinets are well stocked with pots and pans to make meal time a pleasant experience for guests choosing to “eat in”.

Outside, our lanai has lounge chairs and a sectional Patio set with plush cushions and a gas firepit/table for cool evenings gatherings. A table for 2 and a grill for outdoor cooking near the pool provides another alternative for mealtime.

This home has a heated pool, bikes for enjoying the Cornwallis bike lanes, Flat screen TV with Cable including HBO and has high speed internet service with Wi-Fi available throughout the home. All the bedrooms have TV's Now!!

Shopping for family needs is nearby, as are a variety of restaurants and entertainment.

The Islands of Captiva and Sanibel with their beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico are a short distance from the front door for those looking to spend some time on the sand or in the water. There is approximately a 8 min to drive to Cape Coral Beach, 35 minutes by car to Fort Myers Beach, in 35 minutes by car to Sanibel Island and 20 more to Captiva through Sanibel. Chairs and a cooler will help make the time at the beach comfortable and cool.

Baseball fans will enjoy the presence of spring training facilities for two major league teams and one minor league team in Ft Myers approximately 25 min away.

There are major shopping outlets nearby for those looking for everyday or special needs. The Ford-Edison Estates, the Barbara B Mann Performing Arts Center, some of the best new restaurants and other nearby attractions ensure that guests will have a variety of ways to make use of their time, returning at night to our home with all of the comforts your home!

Labor Day week holiday

The home was very nice. Only problem the left side of house with the two bedrooms and bath was very warm. Also stove shorted out the first morning and did not get a new stove until 4 days later. The property manager was very nice to work with and tried her best to get it fixed or a new one but was during a holiday. Even though we had a few issue I would stay again. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

It was everything and more.

We loved the decor. The house was very clean. I loved that there was plenty of towels and pool towels right as you head to the pool. House was spacious and had 2 livingrooms. Place has a very nice floor plan! Nice neighborhood. Very convenient location! It was pretty well stocked for what you may need for your stay. Maybe a few more garage bags. Our problem was the cleanliness and the odors because of it. This place needs a good cleaning! The master bedroom was so smelly. Smelled like stinky feet and BO. Horrible!! The carpeting was so nasty! I don’t think it’s even cleanable. All the air vents in the place were caked with dirt. We all woke up with sore throats and headaches. Maybe it would be a good idea to address these issues because it is a beautiful place.

Very nice house

The house was everything we hoped for. We loved the heated pool and used it every day. The kitchen was well stocked. The only minor problem was the WiFi went out. We contacted Jill, the property manager and she had someone check it out right away. The repairman was able to fix the problem & we were back in business. We appreciated Jill’s quick response. We loved the house so much we plan on coming next year for a month instead of 2 weeks. If you’re looking for a nice house to rent we definitely recommend this property.

Great location, nice property

This home is located in a quiet South Cape neighborhood with easy access to everything. The house was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We swam and relaxed in the pool daily and the gas grill was great for grilling out on nights we didn’t go out to eat.

Delightful Pool Home

I am a tough judge when it comes to rating something, as I consider a 5/5 to be pristine, in perfect condition, but my husband and I were talking and I realized that even a brand new build isn't always perfect and a lower rating may not do justice to our enjoyment of having this home for our vacation. It was everything we wanted, and we were very happy with it. We especially enjoyed the pool and patio area. The beds were comfortable and the sheets cozy. The pillows did flatten out some, but you could fluff them and fold the ends of the pillow case in and they stayed thicker. The furniture was comfortable. Being able to put the car in the garage was a plus. The location was close to shopping, restaurants and services, and it was great for taking daytrips from there. Despite it's proximity to so much, it was in a very quiet neighbourhood. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

the grass in the picture looks beautiful, unfotunately the grass at the property doesnt exist, its 100% weeds, which isn't consistent with the neighborhood. A couple of area rugs and art to hang on the walls from home goods would go a long way. Update the bath towels, they are beyond tired. I fixed a couple of things: flat tires on bikes, bifold doors. adjusted and greased the sliding doors so they open easier. none of these are deal breakers, but if the above, along with repairing the hurricane damage, would meant a 5 star rating all the way. Jill was very responsive. A fantastic experience!

Great location!

House was well equipped, clean (some updating, but some more is needed) and the Property manager was very responsive. The area still has a lot of hurricane reconstruction going on, but things are opening up in the area daily, but not everything, yet. We went before the spring break ground, so it was all good.

Family vacation

We had a great time in Florida. House had all the amenities we were looking for for our family. Pool was warm and the perfect size. Beds very comfortable. We were a little Leary booking so soon after the hurricane but a lot of restaurants and businesses have opened back up and we had a great time! We headed to north Naples ( Vanderbilt beach-highly recommend! 45 min drive) for a beach day tho as they still weren’t recommending swimming at fort Myers beach Hosts very responsive would stay here again!
