It’s a brand-new hotel, but the bed sheets were dirty when I arrived. I asked the front desk to change them, and they responded quickly—everything was replaced within minutes. It seems the hotel is still getting organized.

We stay the night before our cruise. We were impressed with the service at check in. Very helpful and courteous. We dine in the restaurant which we were disappointed. The portions of the food were very little. I had the carnitas bowl and there was hardly any carnitas but a lot of rice to make it look like there was aclot in the plate when it was not.
