Tranquility and comfort by the Mediterranean sea

Paired duplex house located just 100 meters from the sea and a small cove of fishermen. The house is formed by a ground floor, where there is a large living room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is another bathroom that has a bathtub and two very large and bright bedrooms. One of them has a double bed of 180 cm and the other has 2 beds of 90 cm.

A small private garden allows to enjoy an outdoor barbecue, long breakfasts and dinners, and outdoor naps.

The house is modern and has all the amenities for a holiday with family or friends.

The area where housing, Sa Pedruscada, is located is very quiet and is surrounded by pine trees. At 300 m, there is the beach of Son Moll, with crystal clear waters, and the village of Cala Ratajda, where you can dine at its many restaurants, stroll along the promenade or do your shopping.

For golf lovers, the Golf of Capdepera is a 10-minute drive away. Bike lovers, has at its disposal several routes that start in the vicinity of Cala Ratjada.
