Small but nice finca with great views and pool near Cala Ratjada

Beautifully situated finca between Artà and Capdepera on a plot of approx. 3. 380 m², with open views of the castle and the town of Capdepera, the mountains and the countryside. The approximately 60 m² living space are divided as follows: two bedrooms each with a double bed (on request, the beds can also be separated) and fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, living / dining room with fireplace and open kitchen (total approx. 30 m²). The high ceilings (2.80 m to 3.50 m ceiling height) with wooden beams, the Majorcan tiled floor, and many other details, there is a beautiful living environment.
A cot and a highchair are provided on request free of charge.
The outdoor saltwater pool (10 mx 4 m - depth of 0.80 m (3 m) to 1.80 m) and several terraces including barbecue area with a beautiful stone table (3.6 meters long) and two stone benches, provides plenty of space to relax. The plot is classic Mediterranean created with local plants, mature trees, palms etc. The house was renovated in spring 2015 and refurnished. Other features: solar system, gas central heating, fireplace, private well and cistern, double glazing, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, etc.

The landlord requires a deposit of € 500,-- payable in cash on arrival
The rental prices do not include the "ECOTASA" tourist tax, which is 2,- € per day payable in cash on arrival for all guests over 16 years of age.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war so wie es vom Eigentümer beschrieben. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles was man benötigt, für 4 Personen war die Finca eine schöne Unterkunft.

Klein aber fein

Diese Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sie ist ansprechend eingerichtet und wurde uns sauber und ordentlich übergeben. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe und war ebenfalls sehr sauber. Nachmittags weht auch schon mal ein stärkerer Wind, was aber in de Sommermonaten sehr angenehm ist. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch nah an Capdepera und Cala Ratjada. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Angelika war sehr nett und absolut unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Das Haus ist super klein und süß, es hat alles was man braucht, aber nicht mehr. Die Übergabe hat ohne Probleme geklappt und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gelungener Urlaub

Wir haben eine Woche mit einem Baby in der finca verbracht. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist gut, so wie es auch beschrieben wird. Kleinigkeiten wurden umgehend von der Verwaltung erledigt. Die Finca war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool hatte leider durch die Sonnencreme gelbe Verfärbungen, was uns letztendlich nicht großartig gestört hat. Check in und Check out verliefen problemlos. Wir können die Finca für eine kleine Familie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Vom Pool bis zur Einrichtung war alles tiptop. Im Haus vergessenen Gegenstände wurden vom Vermieter zugesendet, besten Dank dafür.

Erholsamer und schöner Urlaub auf der Finca S'Agret

Wunderschön und Erholsam

Wir waren Anfang Juni als Familie für 1 Woche in der Finca. Nochmals Danke an Monique für den super Service nach dem Problem mit der Dusche und die tolle Betreuung. Die Finca ist wirklich super eingerichtet und alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Es sind nur wenige Autominuten ans Meer oder nach Arta bzw. Cala Rajada. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es en Mass in der Umgebung. Die Kinder hatten Spass im tollen Pool. Das Einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, sind die fehlenden Mückengitter an den Fenster, oder Alternativ die Moskitonetze über den Betten. Die Biester waren wirklich eine Plage in der Nacht. Die vorhandenen Mückenstecker waren leider wirkungslos. Wenn man das mit dem Mückenschutz noch richten könnte, würden wir garantiert wiederkommen. Lieber Gruss

Alles wunderbar, sehr schöne Finca mit schöner Lage.

Alles wie beschrieben, viel Platz auf naturbelassenem Grundstück, toller grosser Pool, gut ausgestattete moderne Küche, schönes Bad. Schöne Sitzplätze rund ums Haus. Genial!

Wonderful finca

Thank you for a wonderful week in your beautiful and calm finca. The salt water pool is just fantastic! Many nice beaches around and good restaurants in for example Arta. We just loved it!
