In the heart of a quiet residential area of the famous Capbreton resort, the Villa Marensine welcomes you for a peaceful holiday for two or with your family. From here, everything is accessible on foot or by bike: the beach, shops, the cycle path, the lake and the Hossegor golf course... A range of leisure activities nearby for your greatest pleasure! And with its contemporary decoration and quality services, this semi-detached house guarantees you a comfortable stay. In a small condominium, this house benefits from an enclosed garden of 80m² with a wooden terrace of 60m², garden furniture and electric plancha. Arranged on 2 levels, it offers you: - a living room with dining area, lounge area (TV, WIFI) and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge) - 2 bedrooms (2 beds 160), - a shower room with toilet on the ground floor - a 2nd shower room upstairs - a second toilet upstairs. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are provided.
