Superb apartment for holidays. All new.

Friendly apartment, recently redone very functional and bright. Ideal for family with children, surfers and all lovers of the seaside.
Ideally located, with breathtaking views of the ocean.
The guarded beach is right in front of many famous surf spots just a stone's throw away ... There is just the street to cross to be on the sand and by the water!
You can admire the sunset from the house, which is always spectacular
The apartment is on the ground floor of a small one-storey residence with only four apartments. It overlooks a garden and there is a parking space for parking a vehicle, right next to the entrance, which is very convenient.
An east-west through living room with a fully equipped new kitchen on one side and a dining area and ocean side seating area with TV and two sofas (non-convertible) facing each other.
There are two bedrooms, one on the east, with two single bunk beds and another room on the west and ocean side with a bed 160 cm wide.
From this place you can go for a walk or bike ride to the pier, the port of Capbreton and join Hossegor which is the town adjoining.
Many bars and restaurants are nearby, there is a country market 3 times a week in the center of Capbreton as well as three hypermarkets and all kinds of shops in the pedestrian street.
This apartment may not be suitable, however, for parties and parties noisy, which is unsuitable for the neighborhood.
