Sina Villa can accommodate up to 9 guests, features: 3 double rooms, a triple room and 2 bathrooms.
The property includes: parking, courtyard, garden with adjoining laundry room and private pool.
The main entrance, located on the mezzanine floor, opens to the living area with a great noble hall with dining table for 12 people, triple room with a single bed and two bunk beds, kitchen, bathroom and stairwell leading to the first floor. From the stairwell one door opens to the garden and private pool.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: one double and one with 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, a bathroom with tub and very large shower and a kitchen in a rustic style, fitted and equipped to prepare any meal. L 'decor of the rooms in classical style is very functional.

All 'Outside, in the courtyard adjacent to the kitchen, there is a barbeque and a large table with chairs that can be used for dinners to' open. The terraced pool and equipped with deckchairs and parasols, is available through a safety gate designed for little ones. The villa while being only a 15-minute drive from Lucca, is surrounded by greenery and tranquility.
