This stone-built farmhouse divided into three separate apartments. It is situated in a marvellous position among the hills just 15 km northeast of Lucca. The area is unspoiled with olive groves and vine yards but still conveniently located with easy access to Lucca and other interesting sites in Tuscany. The house has been totally restored in full respect of Tuscan tradition maintaining the beamed ceilings and the terra cotta floors. At the same time it has been supplied with all modern equipments such as sat-tv and Blue Ray.

The interiors are very tasteful in typical Tuscan style.



Podere Oasi is built on two floors and the apartments are situated both on the ground floor and on the first floor on different levels. The house is surrounded by a large garden from which there is a beautiful view over the landscape. Each apartment has its own furnished outdoor area in the garden.

About 100 mts below the house surrounded by the olive trees there is a beautiful swimming (7 x 14 mt, 1,20 - 2,50 mt deep) which has a salt cleaning system and is totally fenced. Even if the pool is fenced we remind you that children in or around the pool must be kept under adult supervision at all times.



The apartment Oasi 1 (first and second floor with attic) - Pers. 6+2 - M2. 135 consists of:

Entrance through external staircase, living/dining room (satellite tv hd and BluRay), kitchenette (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, micro, Amercian coffee maker, kettle), a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, another bathroom with shower. Washing machine. Mosquito nets over the beds.

On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower. On the attic storey there are two twin beds, a bathroom with shower. Due to the low ceiling this bed room is more suitable for children or teenagers.



The apartment Oasi 2 (ground floor) - Pers. 4+2 - M2. 90 consists of:

Living/dining room (satellite tv hd and BluRay) with double sofa bed, kitchenette (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, micro, American coffee maker, kettle) a bed room with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. A double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Washing machine. Mosquito nets over the beds.



The apartment Oasi 3 (two floors) - Pers. 4 - M2. 90 consists of:

On the ground floor living/dining room (satellite tv hd and BluRay) , kitchenette (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, micro, American coffee maker, kettle). On the upper floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Washing machine. Mosquito nets over the beds.



The last 400 mt down to the house is gravel road and not suitable for sport cars or very low cars.

Parking inside the property, heating and internet connection. Iron and iron board, baby bed and high chair in each apartment.
