We loved our stay at Magnolia Haus! It was exactly as pictured, but even more peaceful and serene than you’d think. We loved seeing all of the deer near the home and met the fox others have mentioned!! Our kids are already asking when we can go back.

Amazing home

We had a wonderful weekend at this awesome house in Canyon Lake. We loved everything about the property, from the huge windows, all the space to relax both inside and outside and the attention to details in the home. There are deer everywhere, which was a blast to see! You will not be disappointed with your stay at this hill country get away!

Tranquil little retreat

If you’re looking for a relaxing space to enjoy hanging out with your family this is it! The open concept and outdoor spaces allow for gathering but not feeling like we were on top of one another. Close to the lake and a short drive to float the River.

Quiet and Relaxing

We came for a spring break trip with kids and grandparents. As we pulled up we saw deer all over the yard. What a fun surprise. The outdoor area is great to relax in and the inside was clean and updated. We do wish there would have been a keurig coffee maker and ability to sign TVs into internet for streaming service (which there may be a way to but we couldn’t figure out) But hey we didn’t come to watch TV, but to get outside We enjoyed hanging outside, relaxing inside, and visiting all of the area attractions while we were there. Thanks for having us.

Great family getaway

We loved our stay in this cute cabin! The finishes were really beautiful and looked brand new. The house in basically full windows which is so wonderful. We saw deer the whole time we were there! The kitchen is large and well appointed. The beds and linens were comfortable. There are TVs in every room. My only comment would be that the upstairs loft rooms have very steep ladders. I had a teen so I felt ok but even a medium sized child could easily fall. Thankfully there is a big bunk room for those that shouldn’t access the lofts.

Beautiful Property!

I wish I could upload some of my photos as this is one of those properties that is actually better in person than the photo's they have posted. The outdoor areas were great, the indoor space was perfect for our family. We had our oldest daughter, her husband and new baby, teenage daughter and her boyfriend, the loft rooms were perfect for them and my wife and I. Just had a wonderful time and would stay there again for sure.

Amazing Home

This home has it ALL! It's spacious, luxurious, great for families. The views are awesome and you've got so much privacy. The beds are SO comfy and yiu can't really hear anything between rooms so you'll sleep soundly even if others are still up. We loved sipping coffee on the back deck and watching the deer stroll through just after sunrise. My family was so sad to leave but we're excited to return again in the future.

This house is fabulous!!

Weekend getaway from Houston with my husband and teenage sons. House was absolutely perfect!! Love, love, love the interior decor!!!! SPECTACULAR!!!! We rented a boat and went skiing on Canyon Lake, as well as kayaking on the Guadalupe. Needed more time....so we will be back!

Great hill country gem !!

We had a lovely stay !! Lots of space outdoors for kids to play and saw deer/wildlife almost every day. My only 1 suggestion is to fix the dishwasher as it would always leave residue on the plates.
