Casa Jasmin at Masia Nur Sitges ( Adults only 18+ )

This stone made house has his own private garden and forms part of a 300 years old finca with gardens, a stunning pool area and several other terraces. From the house you have fantastic views over the green mediterranean hills.Spectacular location.

This unique acient little stone-house lies inclosed within the thick walls of Farmhouse Masia Nur. The house has its own private garden (sun + shade), lovely old features and old beams. It has an en-suite bedroom (sleeps 2) upstairs and we have a baby cot available.
The Cottage forms part of a catalan Farmhouse that we renovated 11 years ago, and we managed to preserve the old details and patina.
From the spectacular communal swimming pool area you have beautiful views over the green Mediterranean hills and from your bed you'll see the Mediterranean green hills.
It is well located within easy access to the motorway to Barcelona (within 5 min.and close to Sitges or Vilanova with its beaches, restaurants and night-life. A unique romantic place to relax and enjoy its beauty.

Our guests have access to a private outside parking, gardens and to the shared pool with large terraces.

Green and quiet area, away from it all, but with good access to the motorway to Barcelona (40 min. drive) and Sitges(12 min. drive) with its beautiful beaches, winding little old streets and good restaurants next to the sea.
There is also the possibility to go hiking in the Parc the Garraf.Go Horse riding or to visit the famous Penedès wine area,with the saturday morning market in Vilafranca.

Our guests have access to a private outside parking, gardens and to the shared pool with large terraces.

You need a car!

Very important note for guest is that the pool area and the pool are shared spaces. This means that, although you can enjoy yourself and feel free to do so, it is important to mind other guests and beware that you are sharing a space. There can also be small children in the pool This means that:

1. there can be no loud music around the pool, even when you are alone.
2. there can´t be any smoking around other people (fine when you are there with your group or alone)
3. Not ¨owning¨ the pool area, taking up more space then others or being loud and dominant.
4. taking you belongings with you when you leave and putting back the seat mattresses.

Please take this into account before booking and if you feel these kinds of rules are not for you, try to find another place without such restrictions.

In general our property is more suited for well seasoned guests (30+) and adult families then it is for groups of younger friends
