This hotel marked us as a no-show through Expedia and made us pay for regular room rate and pretended it was an incidentals hold. So we were charged through Expedia and through the hotel. They also did not even give us the room that we had booked and the room that we were given was way too small for our family size. They proceeded to tell us that they had no other rooms available and that we had to stay somewhere else or get what we get. Our son had to sleep on the floor as they did not have rollaway’s available.
The amount of homeless men that were outside lingering was very scary. And this hotel is also located right in the center of a very large cemetery.
When we contact Expedia to try to get them to contact the hotel to fix all of the issues, the hotel was very rude to the Expedia customer service rep and continue to hang up on him stating that he was not going to help with this issue.
Overall, you should remove this property and prevent anyone else from ever staying here ever again.
