Playa Dorada. Right on the sand

The condo is on the main floor with direct access to the pool. And has a master bedroom and bath, and a guest bedroom and bath. Air-conditioning is throughout the condo with hand-held remote controls. Doors from living room and master bedroom open to a furnished patio with fantastic views of the secluded beach.
The unit has its own washer and dryer on the rear porche, and a fully-equipped modern kitchen.
The condo has wifi phone, wifi internet, Home Theater and a 42 inch smart tv.
Two gazebos near the pool are perfect for socializing or barbecuing.
Equatorial temperatures are typically around 29 degrees C, 85 degrees F in the daytime. Evenings are cooler in the 70’s F. The ocean is warm with pleasant breezes. The complex has a guardian dog.
Nearby towns offer a variety of restaurants with locally-caught fresh seafood, and very affordable prices. There are several farmers’ markets to choose from with a wide range of exotic and familiar offerings.
If swimming or walking on the beach isn’t enough, there is para-gliding, surfing, boogie-boarding, horseback riding, or kayaking for the more adventurous. Playa Dorada condominium is a gated community of only 6 units with on-site security. Located 4.5 Km south of the surfing town of Canoa, and 11.5 Km north of San Vicente. Look for the 11 Km marker and the Playa Dorada sign on the Coast Highway. Buses run approximately every 30 minutes and fare to either town is 50 cents, and 25 cents for seniors. Inexpensive taxis are also readily available.
