Superb hotel location and excellent friendly staff. Very well maintained and delicious hotel breakfast included. Our first floor ocean room view was spectacular. The bathrobes provided came in handy when we did the polar plunge into the Pacific Ocean which was a definite highlight among the endless wonders of Cannon beach. Priceless!!!

This property is worth every penny! From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The room was a beautiful corner room overlooking Haystack Rock. The evening wine and nightcap were nice touches. Breakfast had good selections fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, oatmeal and selection of hot items. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the AC, and it was immediately addressed. Other than that issue the stay was excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Bunnies were fun too.

I can’t believe this is only a 3 Star Hotel. The staff treats you like you’re at the Ritz Carlton. They are absolutely wonderful, attentive and try to give you an amazing experience. The location cannot be beat. They offer complimentary breakfast, complimentary daily cheese and wine, complimentary snacks in the lobby and a complimentary turn down service each night with local chocolates and port wine. Additionally, they have a driver that will take you to Midtown or Downtown ..again, all complimentary. The room was very clean, a nice size, has a fireplace, a kitchenette and a large updated bathroom. Definitely recommend having dinner at the Stephanie Inn next door- it’s a 10 out of 10 experience.

Beautiful room, updated, clean, comfortable and cozy. The complimentary offers were so nice: happy hour, snacks, fresh cookies, water and sodas, night cap service, and breakfast! The staff was amazing and so kind! We will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ocean Lodge Cannon Beach! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home — so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s the little touches here that really stand out: warm cookies at the counter, thoughtful complimentary goodies, and a cozy library space upstairs where a simple but satisfying breakfast is served each morning. The evening wine reception was such a lovely surprise, and the staff even built a fire for us — complete with s’mores! It made the whole experience feel extra special and memorable. The location truly couldn’t be better. Haystack Rock is just steps away, and the whole lodge is wrapped in the beautiful, calming mist of the Pacific Northwest. It’s the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and just breathe. We truly loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a warm, peaceful escape right on the beach, this is the place to be.
