Booked one place, but it was another

When I arrived at the destination I was waiting for the person who was going to bring me to my apartment. For my surprise, my apartment was in another building, on the street behind. I already did not like that, because it was not the place I book. The other building was extremely old, in a small street, that you had to go through a creepy tunel to get to the staircase. To further my experience, there was a dead rat inside the flat as I opened the door. There was no staff available to clean the room, and the lady that was with me was terrified, long story short, I had to take the rat out with a broom. The cleaning service olny came the other day, and barely moped the floor, they did not chane the linen, or deep clean the apartment in any way. So I left and booked another place for the duration of my stay. Definitely I DO NOT RECOMEND this place
